Until at least the end of the month after you achieve your level. Example: you earn 35 Loyalty Points in November, which is enough to reach the third Loyalty Level. This level is carried over to December, but if you earn less than 35 points by the end of December, your level will decrease in January (to level 2 if you earned 1-34 Loyalty Points or to level 1 if you earned 0 Loyalty Points).
Simply go to the Loyalty tab of your personal profile and choose how many Loyalty Coins you would like to exchange for a bonus.
You receive 1 EUR (or the equivalent in your local currency) for each 100 Loyalty Coins you can exchange.
You can exchange between 100 and 500,000 Loyalty Coins per transaction. You can exchange Loyalty Coins as many times as you want, as long as you make sure to complete each bonus before exchanging Loyalty Coins for a new bonus.
Yes, and the requirements for doing so are very friendly! As soon as you bet the amount of your bonus 5 times, it will be converted into real money. You have 7 days to convert your Loyalty bonuses into real money.
